Feel

I'm sure you must have no difficulty feeling loved. So kind and gentle, you must receive love from all corners of the universe.

But, if I'm wrong… If like me you lie awake at night feeling cold and alone, regardless of the warmth next to you, then know this:

You are loved.

I love you.

Given the chance, I would do everything in my power, everything beyond my power, everything the universe allows, maybe even a few things it doesn't, to make sure you feel it. I would dedicate every fiber of my being to the task.

For now though, I'll have to content myself with the thought that maybe, just maybe you can feel my warmth from across the way. That it gives you comfort. Just another corner of the universe, doing what the universe does. Loving you.
